The site is characterised by its very central location and good connection to the underground network. Situated in the Vienna Valley, the Rechte and Linke Wienzeile enclose the property. The world-famous Naschmarkt, the Secession and the Theater an der Wien are in the immediate vicinity. The Otto Bauer buildings along the Linke Wienzeile distinguish the area even more. The goal of this design was to create a place where people could relax. A café, a restaurant and a day spa are offered.
